Filming times
Me and mark both found it hard to find the time to film there for we had to find a good day in which to do are filming. we both decided on Wednesday to film. This is because we both have the rest of the day after school free. we also found out that a local kick boxing class runs on a Wednesday evening. Luckily some of are friend attend this class so this was a great opportunity for me and mark to film. So we have been making sure that are Wednesdays have been free for the last few weeks.

This is a screen shot of our film from last wednesday. we have our fighter boxing in a gym.
we used a mediun close up in this shot. we liked this shot for these reasons-
I though that the dark dim lit room gave a good atmophere for a training scene.
I also liked the angle in which he is punching the boxing bag.
As we filmed this in my garage i had to cover up some objects there for ended up using sheets to cover up the junk. I like it that you can see the weights on the floor. I feel that this makes it look like a more realistic setting.

Update
Over the holidays my partner and i have done a huge amount of editing to try and improve are video. It has almost paid of and the video is looking allot better than before but there is still allot of room for improvement. we basically need to film some better footage are editing skills and very good so added with some good footage i feel that we could produce a very good film. Me and Mark have filmed some good training footage however we would also like some footage of are fighter sparing. We would also like to extend on the running scene. This is because we have all ready filmed some running footage and this worked really well and was a good way to start of the intro. We are hoping to film this Wednesday to get some good footage.

In are video so far we have not got a good fight scene in which we have are main character fighting with his trainer. There for this Wednesday we will be going to a kick boxing class to film are fighter training and fighting against other kick boxers. we will do a scene in which he loses a training fight but then after a large amount of training he then wins. This will show that he is improving as a fighter and building up to his main fight. we will also be using the equipment in the dojo to film some training scenes we will be using things like medicine balls and dumbbells. I will be hoping to create a scene much like this -

The Fighter
The Fighter
This shot shows the fighter at a weight in .I am undecided whether i would like a shot in which the fighter goes to a weight in. As my film is based more on underground street fighting it would probably more likely that this would not happen. How ever i still feel that i would like a shot like this and text to appear on screen . If i were to produce a shot like this i would have both fighters weigh in then have a following sequence in which both fighter square up to each other much like they do in professional boxing. I would like crowd to be cheering and applauding the man they would like to win how ever the problem with this is that we only have that one opportunity to film. This is because we can only assemble a large crowd just the once create this scene. Through out are film there is music playing in the back ground but for this scene i would have no music. This is so that you can hear the excitement and commotion that is going on at the weight in.
